1. Introduction

Welcome to Softage Labs. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Softage Labs and our clients.

2. Client Rights & Master Service Agreements

All services provided by Softage Labs, including but not limited to custom software development, AI solutions, web and mobile app development, are subject to a specific, mutually agreed-upon Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including the codebase and related assets, belong exclusively to Softage Labs, making Softage Labs the ultimate owner. These rights will only be transferred or provided to the client if they are clearly and explicitly mentioned in the finalized contract between Softage Labs and the client. In the event of any violation of these terms, Softage Labs reserves the right to take full legal action.
  • Confidentiality: Softage Labs strictly adheres to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Your proprietary business information, source code, and data remain strictly confidential.
  • Deliverables: We guarantee that deliverables will meet the agreed-upon specifications detailed in the SOW. Post-delivery support and maintenance are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

3. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for excellence and 99.9% uptime for managed solutions, Softage Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software products, except where explicitly mandated by the governing contract.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or communicate with our team. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and project details.

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you, evaluating your project requirements, and providing our professional services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. For clients, all project data is secured within compliant cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud) in accordance with the project contract.
